These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Cerlo provided by Cerlo. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
The service
Cerlo provides an AI receptionist that can answer calls/messages, capture request details, route emergencies, and support booking-link or appointment-request workflows depending on configuration.
Accounts and responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.
- Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws (including any notice/consent requirements for call recording where applicable).
- The content and instructions you configure for your business.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use the service for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes.
- Attempt to disrupt, compromise, or reverse engineer the service.
- Upload or transmit malicious code.
Billing
Fees, billing cycles, and any setup fees are described on your order form or pricing page. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable.
Service availability
We work to keep the service available, but availability is not guaranteed. Planned maintenance or third-party outages may affect performance.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cerlo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
